Free bike tour in marrakech

ZAIM MOHAMED

It is a short orientation guided bike tour to visit parts of the modern city, Gueliz, labyrinths inside the medina and discover some monuments. 

Duration: 2 hours 30
Departure time: 2:30 PM.
1- Meeting point by Pikalabikes. Beginning of the tour.
2- Biking through typical traditional districts of the medina towards Bab Doukkala, one of the famous gates of the monumental wall surrounding Marrakech. 
3- Cross the modern city Gueliz and head towards the train station. 
4- Biking across Hivernage, the continuation of the modern city. 
5- Your tour guide will show you the directions to Menara park. 
6- Enter the old city again through Bab Jedid.
7- Visit the Koutoubia mosque from outside and then cross the Mellah. 
8- Stop by Badiaa palace, Bahia palace, Tiskiwin museum, Dar si Said museum.
9- Cycle along Riad Zitoun Jedid towards Jemaa el Fna square. 
10- Cross one of the rich districts of the old city, Mouassine, stop by Jardin secret and visit a Foundouk. 
11- Continue towards Medersa Ben Youssef, Musée de Marrakech, Alkoubba Almoravide and then walk through the main Souks.
12- Back towards the meeting point. 

This activity needs a bike. Your tour guide can book the bikes for you. Participants need to pay the bike rental.
